Center-cut mammoth ivory is one of the most visually captivating and storied natural material combining the warmth of natural ivory with the mystique of its prehistoric origins. Mineral deposits seeped into the ivory over centuries, infusing it with an astonishing range of hues, each piece uniquely colored by the earth where it lay buried. Beneath it lies a layer of Elforyn, a premium synthetic ivory, adding strength, stability, and a subtle contrast that accentuates the beauty of the ancient mammoth ivory above. Complemented by Sterling Silver Dragon lock tab, Sterling Silver Wire inlaid across the handles, Black Fire Opal Insert release button, tribal vine file work, and embellished liners.
