Walt's CUSTOM 23cm “Giraffe Bone” Picklock 2025 Edition. Unique and visually striking component made from the dense leg bones of a giraffe, prized for both aesthetic and functional qualities. Once properly cleaned, dried, and stabilized, the bone becomes smooth yet retains organic grain patterns and micro-textures that can resemble ivory or fossilized materials. Complemented by a subtle brass notch safety, Amber insert release button, chain pattern file work, and embellished liners. The celebrated old-school Picklock mechanism releases the blade in the traditional fashion sought by seasoned collectors. It deploys faster than ever with a solid lock-up you can both hear and feel, thanks to the new, STRONGER and RUST RESISTANT 5mm back spring. Featuring our 440C Half grind blade, solid nickel-silver bolsters, and 1.2 mm thick brass liners held together with solid brass pins in the traditional fashion. Familiar LATAMA over Italy and Walt's stylized cat tang stamp grace the blade.
